Mens makeup has historically been seen a bit of a taboo subject. We wanted to create a launch campaign built on confidence - the confidence for men to wear makeup with pride and seize the day. Using four different models we conducted a one day shoot, showcasing makeup application as well as lifestyle scenarios to give the film an aspirational motivation.
The campaign has boosted War Paint become one of the hottest beauty brands in the UK, helping the company secure partnerships with John Lewis, Virgin Atlantic and Reiss.
